ICM Services

Account Management

Desktop Teller

Outgoing Wire Transfer Module

  • Download or manually input details of issued checks.
  • Identify exception checks before final payments are made.

Automated Clearing House (ACH) Origination Module


  • Download or manually input electronic transaction information.
  • Simplify payroll for your employees with Direct Deposit.
  • Debit your customers' accounts for recurring expenses such as memberships or HOA dues.
  • Make federal and state tax payments electronically.
  • View or print ACH batch histories and reports.

Automated Clearing House (ACH) Block and Filter


  • Help protect your account from unauthorized electronic transactions.
  • ACH Block - All transactions will be returned for debits, credits, or both.
  • ACH Filter with no criteria - Each ACH that presents to the specified account will require a pay or return decision.
  • ACH Filter - Allow specific companies to debit, credit, or both without an exception appearing unless the item is outside of the outlined parameters.

  • View and print recent information about incoming wires received into your FirstBank accounts.

  • 1 Online Banking is free if enrolled for eStatements or $3.00/month for consumers and $10.00/month for business customers.
  • 2 The Internet Cash Management Service has a Base Fee of $10/month per entity and includes Account Management. Account Management is free if enrolled for eStatements or $35.00/month per entity. See the current Internet Cash Management Fee Schedule for information on additional fees.
  • 3 There is a $5 per user per month fee for the Bill Pay service for business online banking. There is a $25/month fee per entity enrolled in ICM.
  • 4 There are two methods of downloading transactions into financial management software. The first method is an optional service that automatically enters transactions into your software. The second is a manual method that is available for older versions of Money and Quicken. Both methods are free.
